Cloning on scratch 🥳🥳🥳

Have you ever wonder 💭 how to clone on scratch??? Well today is your lucky 🍀 day since I am going to explain it 🥳🥳🥳!!! First you must have an account. It is easy since you only need to go to https://scratch.mit.edu/ (copy the link and past it in safari 🧭). Then click sign up ⬆️ and do the requirements. Finally click create and you can start coding 🖥!

Cloning in scratch is when you create one or more copy of the sprite. This copy can be created by going to control and bringing the block “create clone of myself ☝️”. If you click on the myself you can see another option if you created another sprite called ____ (the other names of sprite). This is to create a clone for another sprite based on that sprite (sorry if this is cofusing 😭, just ignore it). Put the block into what do you want it to do (for example, if when the up key press 🔼 it should create a clone of itself. You probably wouldn’t notice anything though since it is like you stamp a duplicate one the sprite. However, if you move the sprite you will see a perfect 👌 copy of the sprite doing nothing. Now will it is cool and all you want to make the sprite move and walk right? That is why you need to go to controls and bring the block “when I start as a clone…” With that block you can program clones like you program any other sprite. Write wat you want the clone to do and all the created clones will do that! You can even make more clones based on clones! Unfortunately 😤 you can’t program clones to do different thing than other clones unless it is the clones of another sprite. Don’t worry 😉 if this is kind of confusing 🤯 you will soon understand and you can see my code in my cloning game below called Coronavirus party!!! just love and fav once you sign in. Enjoy!!!
