For our Capstone, we are supposed to interview an expert.

I tried to email two celebrities that I know love baking, but they didn’t respond. I didn’t expect them to.

I knew I wanted to interview someone from a local bakery. My teacher and mom helped me pick between Lulu’s Bakery and Riviera’s Bakehouse. I thought it would be easier to interview Lulu’s Bakery because we already had the email from past ordering, and they are closer to where I live.

We texted them the time we wanted the day we were interviewing them. They didn’t reply. Turns out my mom had the wrong number. She then texted the right number and they said that time was okay. I called them and asked a couple questions. I was interviewing a decorator.
