Riddles

Who likes riddles? I like riddles:) This one is hard but try and solve this riddle! Here it comes…….

  1. John wanted to be in a club. But the is a tough looking man guarding the door. John talks to the man. He told John that he needs to figure out the password in order to join the club. He didn’t know the password so he hid behind a trash can and waited for someone to come so he could find out the password. Soon a young lady came over. The man said “6” and the lady said “3”. Then the lady went inside the building where the club was held. Few minutes later, a old man came. The tough looking man said “12” and the old man said “6”. Then he got in the building. So John walked to the man. The man said “8” and John said “4”. However, John was not let in the building. Why? Also, please tell me what number he should have said.
  2.  There was once a man who killed his wife in his car. Then the man drove to a steep hill. He threw the knife that he used to kill. He just left his dead wife on the ground. He made sure that he did not have any finger prints on her. Then he drove home. The next day, the police called. They told him that his wife was found dead near a steep hill. The man got in to his car and drove to the steep hill. The second he got there, he was arrested. Why?
  3. It was the first day of school when the girl was killed at a school. There are 4 people who could have possibly killed the girl. They were the…. the math teacher who said that she was giving her students a mid-term test, the person who was cleaning the bathroom, the boy who was reading a book, and the language arts teacher who was giving a lesson to 15 students. Who is the killer?
