Well, I guess that’s just the way life is! If it weren’t for challenges, then we wouldn’t have excitement and if we didn’t have excitement, then our world would be boring and dull.

Some of the challenges that I have faced during my Passion Project process were finding resources and finding good ideas for my final product.

Way back, when we were brainstorming for ideas for our Passion Projects, I was nervous that I wouldn’t find any resources. I was right! I couldn’t find a articles about Mexican Cuisine on the school databases and the cookbooks that my mom has didn’t really help me. I did find a few helpful resources with my mom’s help and I was really happy.

Finding the right idea for a final project was hard for me. At first, I thought that a slideshow would be cool for my final project. About 5 days ago when I started working on my final project, I noticed that it seemed a little boring. This scared me because I thought that a slideshow was a good idea. After this, I tried an essay. THAT WAS AN EVEN WORSE IDEA!

I was starting to get nervous because the project was due in one week and I still hadn’t started my final project. I decided that I should wait until Monday to ask Mr. DeBerry for some ideas about a final project during my section’s Zoom session.  He gave me a really good idea to create kind of like a cooking show. About 5 minutes ago when I was going to start making the video, the idea hit me! What if I created like a video of me making some food, while I was talking about what I had learned? YES!!!!!!!
