Underwater Dreams Reflective Post

In the movie “Underwater Dreams” a clear theme is shown throughout the film. No matter the advantages someone has, hard work and determination has a chance at winning. This is shone by the fact that Carl Hayden won the competition. MIT had a $10,000 robot, made with custom parts and amazing computing power. Carl Hayden had a robot that releases a foul smell and is made of PVC pipe. They won because they were resourceful and had amazing presenting skills. Another time this theme was shone was in the presenting skills. MIT’s disadvantage was that with a complicated robot, they didn’t know it inside and out. They worked hard and beat MIT.
