After a tiny bit of broad research, I said to myself, “Wow, this will take a very, very long time”. I was quite nervous until the next day, then Mrs. Cooper said “You can’t research a broad part of your project, you need to focus on a part of your project with a main inquiry question. Your objective will be to answer his question in your final presentation. I decided to narrow it down on treatment because I was interested in that, I also wanted to do something else because it would be very hard to do a topic so broad like that. So I decided to make my main inquiry question, “How does the immune system respond to allergens and why?” after checking in with Mrs. Cooper, I needed to work on my sub-questions, now this would not be so easy. First, I decided on a basic sub question: “How does the immune system respond to allergens and why?”. Then, to support my questions about food allergy treatment, I added “What are the differences between old and new food allergy treatments”. Finally, I added “Why are there much more food allergies today than the past”, and “How can food allergies be deadly”. Finally I was ready.
