A Labyrinth of Traffic

So many roads are closed off because of construction causing road rage among the parents as they try to get their kids from school. Students have been waiting longer than usual for their parents to arrive. The wet and windy weather has been making it harder for the construction workers to finish their job. When will the madness of traffic stop?  Will the construction ever end? Will parents start flipping out if they can’t get to their kids sooner?
