Maglev Train Day 1

Reflection Day #1

A maglev train is a train that is levitating with magnets repelling. They repel using like poles (such as north & north) It goes faster because it has no friction. My team decided to use strip magnets. We chose to repel north & north. We layed out the strips using masking tape (garbage, rain or snow does not affect the repulsion).

What worked for us on Friday was the magnets were repelling but not high because I put the magnets the wrong way. What did not work was that the magnets were super hard to tape in and the magnets were not cooperating because they repelled when we put it on the car.

I think my group was great because that we worked together and we cooperated good but the design failed.
