This session, as part of a series to develop your family media plan, provided parents with practical strategies for device time at home in a healthy and positive way. Parents in the community joined together in sharing and learning how to help their kids develop better self-regulation, set effective boundaries, and create a family plan that works for everyone. From setting realistic expectations to using built-in tools, parents will learn ways to promote healthy device use that they can plan with their child.
