I would give The Best Friendship Award to the Fly Guy series. Let me explain why. One weird part was when they first met each other by accident. Fly Guy bonked Buzz on the nose. Then, Buzz purposely trapped him so that he wouldn’t get away. Fly Guy knew Buzz’s name without being told because he always says ”Buzzzzz!” Another interesting part was when they became best friends after they won the most amazing animal competition with Fly Guy’s special spinning and flying tricks. They stayed forever and together friends by always playing with each other! They always look out for each and have fun together! To find out more about Buzz and Fly Guy’s friendship, read the series. I hope you find them as weird and funny as I do.
Do you like funny books? Then, you should read Ms. Daisy Is Still Crazy and it should win The Weirdest Book Award. One funny and weird part is the cover of the book. The classroom teacher Ms. Daisy is chasing the kids with something in her hand. Isn’t that funny that a teacher is running after her students? Ms. Daisy is a funny main character so you might also like reading another book about her titled Ms. Daisy is Crazy. I think you should read the My Weirdest School books. I think you will like reading it because they are so funny.
Do you love super funny books? My Weirder School is a very funny series, especially Mrs. Jonie is a Phonie! I would give it The Funniest Book Award. It is about Picture Day at A.J.’s school. Mrs. Jonie is a famous photographer who comes to A.J.’s school. One funny part is when Mrs. Jonie takes the class picture, she thinks that A.J. should become the first boy super-model! Andrea, a girl in his class with curly brown hair, is so mad because he is going to be famous and not her. Another really funny part is during the school picture, A.J.is on the same side as Andrea and Emily and his friends are on the other side. Mrs. Jonie’s camera takes five seconds to take the picture. Then, A.J. jumps off the risers and runs to the other side next to his friends so that he shows up in the picture twice and next to his friends. This is not the only time he was breaking a school rule. He even lied to his school principal! Another funny part is when he forgets to give the picture money to his teacher, so his picture is not in the yearbook, but he only notices after Picture Day. It is hilarious!! To laugh some more, you should read this book. I hope you enjoy this hilarious series!
If you like books with loads of adventures in just one story, then you should read The Battle To The Dragon Temple. This book should get the best adventure book award. The main characters are Ponix and Xexder. Xexder is pretty bad at fighting and Ponix loves to go on adventures. One time they get in a strong hold and it takes them to another place. The only way to get back is to beat the Ender Dragon. I won’t tell you if they beat the Ender Dragon but I will tell you this. They went to get revenge on the dragon for killing Ponix’s mom and dad. There are more things that they want but I am going to leave that to you to find out about when you read this book. I don’t want to ruin the story for you. I hope you like the book and maybe consider reading the whole series.
I really like Dog Man because it is a good book series. Dog Man is really funny and I think it deserves to get the funniest book award. It has two books in the whole series. Book one has 200 pages and book two has 355 pages. That is a lot of pages to read but it goes by quickly because it’s hilarious! Dog man is a comic book about a dog that fights crime and bad guys. My favorite part was when Dog Man chased a bad guy who robbed a bank. The bad guy was just a fish dressed up in a paper bag and coat. I’m not going to tell you anymore about the book. You need to read it on your own. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Do you like books that are funny? Then, you should read the My Weird School Daze series. Miss Laney is Zany (Book #8) should get The Funniest Book Award. One funny part is when Ryan and A.J. have speech class in the girls bathroom and they are boys! The girls bathroom is being used as a classroom because there are no classrooms available. So when the girls need to use the bathroom, they use the boys bathroom and the boys have to go outside and use a porta potty. Isn’t this all so unfair and weird? Another funny part is when the speech teacher Miss Laney said that A.J. and Andrea were going to be in a play and that A.J. has to kiss Andrea!!!! They really do not want to kiss each other. To find out what happens next with A.J. and Andrea, you should read this book because it only gets funnier. I recommend this book if you want to laugh as much as I do.
Do you know about the series Whatever After? If you don’t, then you should try this magical and fun series. I think it deserves The Fairy Tale Mix Up Award. The main characters are Abby and her younger brother Jona. They travel into different fairy tales and change the fairy tales by accident! I bet you’re wondering how they get into the stories. They discover that they have a magic mirror in their basement. When they knock on the mirror three times, they are taken to a different fairy tale setting every time! For example, they go into Cinderella, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, and more. To find out about how they mess up the fairy tales, get your hands on a book soon! The main characters are pFrank and Joe Hardy and they are brothers who are like best friends. My favorite part is when they ride motorcycles and chase a thief that has been stealing cars. During the chase, they accidentally crashed into the back of a truck and they flew off the road. Frank, the older brother helped Joe by checking on him to see if he was okay. Frank was worried and concerned about his brother. I’m not going to give away the ending so read the book to find out what happens next in the chase for the thief. This book series will take you on many adventures with the Hardy Boys. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I do!
Anybody who likes lively adventure stories, packed with mystery and action, will want to read every one of The Hardy Boys stories! The Hardy Boys help solve many thrilling cases during vacations and after school. I think this book should get the best mystery book award. They follow up on clues they unearth in their quest to bring criminals to justice. The Hardy Boys are Frank and Joe Hardy and they are sons of a famous American detective Fenton Hardy. Frank is 18 years old and Joe is 17 years old. Frank and Joe’s friends also help them solve cases. Their names are Chet, Iola, Biff, Tony and Callie. Another reason I like this book series is because it teaches lessons such as being nice to people that are not mean and teamwork. But the most IMPORTANT lesson I’ve learned is to NEVER GIVE UP! Another interesting part about this series is since since the Hardys are so famous, they get lots of threats. Even though this might be scary to some people, it’s a part of the job and they always are able to catch their man/woman and solve the case. But the question is how do they do it? To find out and to see how they solve all of their mysteries, read The Hardy Boys. I think you will enjoy this series.
