We just went to Ellis island and I made some six-word stories. A six-word story is a story in only six words that has feeling, a character,  and a problem.

True? Freedom, safety and better life.?

Many many immigrants lined up for me.

Off the ship what to now.

Throwing down bread, were pigens

controlling us? thats what we fleed.

Promised freedom. Can only find discrimination.

Hungry, mistreated but still have hope.

Discriminating us, we pave your streets.

 

Down the line the hope begins.
