For my site visit, I went to Danny’s Cycles. When I got there the first thing I did was look around at all the bikes. I tried to look for different companies and types of bikes.  There were road bikes, mountain bikes, urban/commuting bikes and even folding bikes. Some of the companies were Trek, Specialized and Santa Cruz. I also looked for the components of the bikes such as Fox. Then I started to look at accessories, like helmets, pedals, shoes, grips, and tires. There were really cool pedals by Crankbrothers. The helmets had really cool colors but I forget the company of them. There were road biking helmets and mountain biking helmets. There were many different color grips and I really wanted to get some for my bike. I learned that the connector things don’t come with pedals shoes. Another thing I learned was that road bikes have different shifting then mountain bikes. I also learned that there is something called a folding bike. This is well, a folding bike. Another thing I learned was that there is a very big company that makes mountain bikes, also makes tricycles. After looking around for a bit more I went home. It was so fun and I learned a lot.
