WEEK AT A GLANCE

Top 25 Best Motivational Quotes of the Week #Vibes

Dear Colleagues,

What a wonderful Spring Band and Orchestra concert we had! Mr. Missett and Mr. Orengo, Thank you again for the thoughtful selections and the hard work you put into preparing the children to rise to the occasion. They not only performed well, but they also appeared to enjoy the experience. We are looking forward to the upcoming Flag Day and Chorus concerts…clear signals that the end of the school year is ever so close.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Sharon

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Lockdown & Evacuation Drills: We completed the requirements for all drills this year. The Fire Chief was present during our last evacuation drill and has requested the removal of all chock wedges from doors as that practice is in violation of the fire code.  Please follow through if this applies to you.

Parent Tour: On Wednesday, we will be hosting our incoming Kindergarten Parent Orientation. This year, we have added a new dimension: Some fifth graders will be giving a guided tour of the building. The fifth graders will be coached prior to the orientation so that they understand their role as “tour guides.”   To avoid disruption of instruction, students will not be entering your classrooms.
