 WEEK AT A GLANCE

Dear Colleagues,
The Chinese Lunar New Year will be celebrated officially on January 25th.  Our Cultural Arts Committee has been instrumental in arranging for the Chinese Acrobat performance on Wednesday, January 29th at 2:00 p.m. Please be sure to prepare your students so they can appreciate the importance of this cultural performance and also bring their attention to the beautiful decorations in the cafeteria and in different locations around the building.   Happy New Year!  Cantonese:  Gung hay fat choy: Wishing you great happiness and prosperity.    Mandarin: Gong xi fa cai: Wishing you to be prosperous in the coming year.
Let’s make an effort to take special care of ourselves amidst the many absences due to the flu and other viruses. Get a lot of rest, hydrate and maybe it’s time to give our immune systems an extra boost with whatever superfoods, herbs or vitamins we trust. Also, keep in mind, sleep plays an important role.  Have a restful weekend.
Sharon
