Overwhelming Curiosity Project

Have you ever been overwhelmed because you had very limited time on a project? Well, this is exactly what happened to me.

When I was writing on my journal on saturday, I remembered the curiosity project. I was extremely nervous and I asked dad and he was very surprised. His expression is like,”Seriously?” He thought I did it on the weekdays. I said I did not have a plan to do it with but I had a topic to do it on. Dad said we had to make our own plan. I was starting to get overwhelmed.

Then we started to plan each section of the curiosity project I really thought it was an excellent idea to put on my poster. I then realized and asked dad how I would write the words. Dad said I would type it up. I thought that was a decent idea but I did not have a better idea so I did it.

Then, I started to type it up. At this point I was starting to get extremely overwhelmed but I tried not to show it. I forgot some things I had to type up on the computer. Luckily, I had a few books on my topic because I really liked my topic and I read lots of books about it. It took a really long time, about a half hour to type it up, but eventually I did it. Now, I was feeling a little better.

Dad bought the poster paper and I got the printed pieces of paper. We started putting it together. This was my favorite part of making the poster. I had a hard time thinking of the format of the poster. Overall, I enjoyed everything even though it was not too colorful.

In the end, when everything was complete, I took a look at my completed poster. It was terrific! I was thrilled! I really thought it was worth it. Now I was not overwhelmed at all. I thought I was ready and I also was very excited. I had a great time making the poster even though it took about an hour to complete. I was so excited my heart almost blew up! I thought it was one of the best days of my life!
