A maglev train is a magnetized train with magnet on the bottom of the train and on the track.it had to be north pole to north pole so It hovers across the track because the repel is repelling the track.
Our groups idea was putting a strip magnet across one side and another strip magnet for each magnet to repel. To make the foam hover above the track. What really worked out for us is the strip magnets. The reason why it worked for us so well because we didn’t need to get magnet after magnet after magnet. We failed at speed we couldn’t work together because the magnets were so entertaining and we couldn’t stop touching the magnets. So we couldn’t get our work done. Our experience was great working together.
