I’m reading The Lost Heir by Tui T. Sutherland. Here is a recap:

In “The Lost Heir” there are five main characters, Clay, Tsunami, Glory, Starflight, and Sunny. In this world, everyone is a dragon, and there is a huge war going on, Clay, Tsunami, Glory, Starflight, and Sunny are the dragonets of a prophecy that said they would bring peace by choosing one of the three Sandwing princesses, Burn, Blister or Blaze to become queen. It was revealed that Tsunami was stolen from the Seawings’ royal hatchery, Tsunami wants to see her mother, the Seawing queen, so Tsunami and her friends set out to find the Seawing Kingdom. They also planned to see Blister, the second Sandwing princess who is smart but is most likely to be evil. They had already met Burn, the first Sandwing princess, Burn is strong but she isn’t friendly and likes fighting more than peace. Their plan was to go home and meet their families while meeting the three Sandwing princesses.

This is the second book, so before you start questioning what I’m writing about, read The Dragonet Prophecy. After escaping from the Skywing arena Clay and Glory searches for Clay’s parents, after learning that his parents sold him for two cows Clay starts to leave, discouraged, but then he bumps into his siblings who care for him a lot more than his parents did. He also finds out that he was supposed to be the leader of his siblings. He promises to come back after he stops the war. There are a lot of other things in the story that I didn’t mention, so read the book.
