How I made this spread sheet with first making the sheets and the chart and then you would but the days and the amount of time I did the workouts and then took the averages and then added another chart and some pictures. How I wrote my average and if it was in row B and the first column you would do B1 and then add all of the other squares in-till then end, even if they are blank. You can use a spread sheet as a calendar and put the weeks down. Or you can in=we it for a predation for work or school.
