I chose to write about Nikhil’s music video. I liked his project because there were a ton of cool animations and it looked super real and it looks like it was something that he spent time on and didn’t just put very few things together. Something that I liked about the animation is that it was all very unique and everything just worked really well together. One thing that I liked about the soundtracks is that they sounded like they matched the instruments that the animated characters were holding in the video.

Once I got the hang of it, programming 201 was super fun and easy to do. I liked the activity where you created a scene because it was really cool to be able to program different actors and create different codes and see the final result. I have completed some of the introduction, some of loops and animations and some of the creating a scene.

For my about me project, I used an actor from the Barbie section and I used 3 backgrounds, one was a city, one was a kitchen, and one was a stage (the second 2 were also from the Barbie section). Some blocks that I included more than once were the switch background and the one for the sound/music.

I thought is was really interesting to hear what the person from Polyvore had to say because I personally love fashion. Also she talks about how she likes programming, fashion, art, and design. I think it is really cool to be able to do all of those things at one job. Also, there are some aspects of being a fashion designer that normally you would never think about, like programming. I don’t think that you would normally think of programming as something that comes with fashion and design but if you really think about it, when you are creating a website for your store, you have to use programming to lay everything out and become a successful business.
