This week was week 3 of Technology. This week we learned about simple machines but mostly about levers. For this week’s assignment we had to make a structure made out of toothpicks and mini carrots, we hade to make trusses in it and see how many books it could hold before it fell. My structure was very good, it could hold 11 books (14 pounds).

This is our second week in Technology. It was pretty fun! We built an I beam out of cardboard and layed it on two leveled surfaces and put a bag filled with books hanging from it to see if it will hold. We made Flipgrids about it.

This week was our first week of technology, this week was basically like an orientation, all we did this week was a Nearpod about the history of glue.

Baseball is my favorite sport. I did not even realize how much technology is in the sport. There is technology in the bat, scoreboard, padding and much more.
