My Favorite Recipe

Recipe: Gingersnaps

Ingredients:

¾  cup butter,

1 cup sugar,

¼  cup molasses,

1 egg, 2 cup flour,

1 tsp baking soda,

¼ salt,

1 tsp cinnamon,

1 tsp cloves,

1 tsp ginger

Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Next you put the mix into balls that are about the size of a golf ball. After that roll balls in sugar. Place wide apart on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375, 8-10 minutes. Make 3 to 4 dozen.
