How to Make a Stress Ball

Imagine when you are in a test, and there is this super hard question and you start getting really stressed because you don’t know what to do. You wish you had something that can make you feel better. That thing is probably a Stress Ball! Stress balls are really easy to make and they help you with your stress so much, I decided to teach you guys how to make stress balls out of only 2 ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • A balloon

Steps:

  1. You get some rice
  2. You get the balloon
  3. You pour some rice into the balloon only a little bit at a time (It might get messy, so be prepared)
  4. Then you can either tie a not on the top, or you can just tie it with a rubber band

There you go! A perfect stress ball! Now every time you feel pretty stressed, just get out your stress ball and rub it! Boom! No more stressing around!
