During this week we have been working on light switches. It was fun, but difficult. It was fun because I could design the switches and make them look snazzy. It has difficult because I could find many ideas and it took a long time to make each light switch. Over all it was pretty fun.

Passion/Compassion Project Blog Post #2

For my passion project on making jewelry with wires, beads, and crystals I will be reaching out to tutorials and websites on how to make jewelry and what material I will need. The resources I will use for making the jewelry will be getting beads, wire, and all of the materials I need from a store and from some of my left over wire from past projects. So then I will get it down by getting all the materials and watching some videos/tutorials on how to make the jewelry and start to make the jewelry.

Reflection On Capstone Project

I have been working on my capstone and doing research for about two months already. My research and interview were my sources for all of my knowledge on my capstone topic which was how did the reason for animal extinction change over time. I had some struggles and strengths. First I had to find a person to interview. That was hard because I didn’t know where to look. Finally, I found a website called Outschool where you can talk small classes at home. I got a private lesson with a person called Todd Lotich. After my interview process focussed more on my research. I found most of my research on a website called Onekindplanet and a book called Extinct Animals An Encyclopedia of Species that Have Disappeared during Human History by Ross Piper illustrated by Renata Cunha and Phil Miller. My strength was my slideshow I found some of my images at  SnappyGoat.com and  Flickr. I am really with how my project worked out and I hope I gave you some knowledge of how people collect research, images, and more for capstone.
