Writing About Anything

It is almost winter break and the end of 2020! After break I plan to make my box.  For the past week school has been virtual because of COVID. This is the reason why I could not make my box yet.  Instead I learned about wood joints this week.  I am becoming a master at wood joints.  Also, we learned about different types of wood.  For example, did you know that soft wood is not called soft wood because it is soft?  Also, did you know hard wood is not called hard wood because it is hard?  Next time I will be writing it will be in 2021. Writing About Anything

We are doing a new project in technology! This project is extra exciting because, I got to choose what I do. Using the materials given, I think it is a great idea to do a poster. So, I am making a poster that I am going too keep in my room. It is going to be 24 inches long and 12 inches wide. I am also going to double up the planks, so that the wood is thicker. Lastly I am going to connect each of the 8 balsa wood blocks that I am going to use, using a a rabbet joint. Once I am done with that I plan on painting on the poster to make it unique to me. If all goes right I will have a personalized poster in my room very soon. Thank you for reading.
