Today January 28, 2020 my class and I went on an adventure! That adventure was a trip to NYC. Once we got to school and the bell rang around 8:35 everyone was in a rush to get to class especially mine because my teacher had told my class that the bus leaves around 8:45 so we had to move quick. Then when we got on the bus we had to stay in the bus for an hour and a half because thats how long it took to get to the Staten Island ferry. Then when we got to the Staten Island ferry my class and I were very excited. Once we got on the ferry we went to the outside and looked at many cool places such as Ellis Island, The Statue of Liberty and many more. Ellis Island is the place where I have a project on, when I saw it my mind just clicked and at that second I just could envision all the things that happened at Ellis Island. On this trip I was able to learn a lot about Ellis Island and had a lot of information on Ellis island to add into my project. Then after all that we went to South Street Seaport and ate lunch there it was so cool, but sadly after all that fun my class and I had it was time to go so we got on the bus and went to school.
