Stargirl, in “Stargirl”, by Jerry Spinelli has struggles but they are not exactly HERÂ struggles. They are more of what I would struggle with. For example, when Stargirl went to school at the beginning of the year, everyone stared at her. She did not care the way I would. In fact, she acted like nobody was staring at her. She just moved on with life. An example from the text is that at lunch, everyone stared at her because she was singing and dancing and twirling along the cafeteria with a ukelele. These examples show that Stargirl has struggles but they are not exactly HER struggles.
