I looked outside and I couldn't see the moon but since it was snowing the clouds probably formed and it also looked foggy too.
Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate today. Does that mean that there is no full moon?
It is February 23,2016 7:21 pm. The sky is full of clouds so unfortunately I couldn't see the moon. However, on the "Moon Rise and Moon Set Times" it says that today the moon is supposed be in full moon phase.
Today is February 23, 2016 today was A overcast day so I could not see the moon, because the moon was covered with clouds. But tonights moon is A full moon.
I knew there was a full moon on Feb. 23. I couldn't see it because it was cloudy. I went out at 7:05. I couldn't see stars either. It was rain or snow outside, I could not tell.

It is February 23 2016, and I looked outside to see the moon at 7:30 p.m and I saw nothing. Maybe because the sky was full of clouds.
Today at 7:20 pm I went outside to see the moon. It was cloudy so I could not see the moon. It was however in a full moon phase.
Today is February 23, 2016 and I for the moon at 7:45pm. I could not see the moon because of all the clouds. I also now that it was the moon was in the full moon phase. I wonder if could see the moon if there were only a few clouds or the the clouds were not so dark.

I looked out side at 7:19 it was foggy and i could't see the moon. It snowed today so clouds formed around the moon. But today is a full moon phase
