What are expert lectures? Expert Lectures are when parents of kids in my class come in a do a talk to our class about their job, something related to their job, or their interests. Today we had our first expert lecture… MY APPA (appa – dad in Tamil. They speak Tamil in parts of India.) My appa talked about money and how it started. After he talked for about half an hour our class got to design Boyer bucks. Boyer bucks might be for our class. My teacher is Mrs. Boyer and it is money that we are creating so it is called Boyer bucks. I thought that the visit was great. I enjoyed learning about money and making Boyer bucks with my friends.
