My moon unit reflection

In my Moon unit reflection, I have learned many things. learned the moon is either waning or waxing. Also, that the Moon is always there but not always facing your way. During our moon unit we have been doing many things. Our science teacher (Mrs. Kiley) has been teaching my class and myself things about the moon, such as knowing where the Moon, Earth and the Sun should be and if you in Earth then what type of Moon would you see. The phases of the moon are simple once you have learned them.

Fun Fact: It would take the Moon 356 days for the moon to go around the Earth

The moon might not always be in the same place. If one day the Moon is over your house then the next day you come home and look above your house and the moon isn’t there and your are wondering,”Where is the Moon?”

Fun Fact: The moons tilt is 23.5

The Moon has more than one phase such as waxing gibbous and waning gibbous waxing crescent and much more. Sadly our unit is over.

Fun Fact: The Moon takes 4 weeks to go around the whole Moon.

The Moon has many things to learn about like the shapes and how the Moon can travel around the Earth and the Sun. I hope I can learn more about the Moon and hopefully you have learned more about the Moon. The Moon should be something that is fun and once it is done you would never stop. The Moon goes in a cycle that you will see:) I would like to have a scienctest for one of my opoitions for my jobs when I am older.

P.S. The Moon is much more fun and intresting then you think it would be.
