In my interview with Alison Starr, she informed me on so much! She said that every single pose can be modified in at least one way. The easiest pose to teach is the child’s pose because its just the pose that’s very modified and everyone can do. I also had to learn how to interview people. For example you have to take it seriously but at the same time you should try to have fun as your doing it. I am family friends with the person I interviewed, so it was kind of awkward talking to her in an interview sort of way, but it ended up working out well!
